OK. Thanks. I was confused because Ray Sanders (as in Randall's post:
The legal hassle has ended. Mondo is safe and the "only" down-side was that Ray Sanders (primary Mondo author) is stuck with the legal fees it took to get the FastServers.net folks to back down.
) is nowhere to be found on that site. Not only is he not mentioned as the "primary Mondo author", but his name is not mentioned anywhere that I could find on the site. Anyway, this seems like a great piece of software. Thanks,
Ray isn't the primary author. He is doing the PXE support for Mondo. Hugo is still the primary coder. The problems arose when Ray was threatened by the company he worked for. Hugo stood up as he had a right to, and tell everyone that until folks stopped with the legal entanglements, he wasn't allowing work to proceed. At the present time we are awaiting the final word from both of them. I believe that Ray is waiting for the paperwork to come in so that they will leave him alone. He is also moving at the time so that might also cause a delay.
