Sorry about the length of the lower portion. Any clues?
I have a USB Lexar Jump Drive that is seen by "lsusb" but fails to mount. I have looked at /proc, hwinfo and dumb luck and have come up with it as /dev/sda1 (which is a block dev shown in /dev).
