Sorry but I don't understand what you mean here. What is a blended double column? Gnucah uses double entry bookkeeping what is used all over the world, in fact IMO if you don't use that , you're not having a propper accountancy system.
Not that it really matters, GNUcash definately looks much better and has lots of good features ... but then my taste comes from the fact I got my education out of a buisness college,
