Doesn't Alt+Click+Drag work in gnome to move a window w/o clicking the titlebar?
Probably not because the bottom the window is cut off, hence you can't drag the title bar off the top of the desktop area because the mouse can't leave the desktop. But IIRC (have not used Gnome for a long time) <atl> - <click> - <drag> from any where in a window will move it and then you can push the windows off the top of the desktop titlebar and all -- Chadley Wilson Redhat Certified Technician Cert Number: 603004708291270 Pinnacle Micro Manufacturers of Proline Computers ==================================== Exercise freedom, Use LINUX =====================================
