What are all these things like "Berlin with ? 1.EH EUR 0.062", "calling +49 30/1160048800" (I don´t know this number) and the +49 30 before my dialing number (8962548888). My ISP has nothing to do wth DTAG T-ISDN and Germany in general. What are all those charges? Is the box infected by a worm /dialer(?)? Thank you.
You're probably OK, but I would suggest that you go into the YaST ISDN configuration and enter your country code to make sure things are OK. Then check again. If you don't put in a country code, SuSE will try to dial a number in Germany. Of course this ought to fail, but AFAICT some ISPs have deliberately set up numbers this way, presumably so that if you do get it wrong, you still connect correctly. I know you could do this in the UK with BT's ISDN number because I did it a few times before I got ISDN set up with the right number. I suspect you won't have any additional charges but you'd have to check your 'phone bill for that. -- JDL
