I had bad experiences with the combination reiserfs and SuSE 9.0
About six months ago, on this list, there was a problem reported about 9.0 and Reiserfs causing computers to lockup. Someone recommended switching to one of the other journaling file systems. I'd been having the problem and switched to XFS. That seemed to help me although I made some hardware changes at the same time. Rich -- Rich Matson Reno, Nv. USA
