I have installed Suse 8.1 using the whole disk of my box. Now I want to instal Suse 9.1 along side with the previouse install. Are there any tool to move the disk partitions and make space for the new instal of SUse 9.1 as a dual boot install, just as PQ magic does for windows partitons? In addition to the partitioner in the SuSE installer, QTParted is a very good graphical partition tool. I had a need to reorganize my partitions a bit, booted the standalone Knoppix distro and ran qtparted.
However, no matter what tool you use, there is some risk.
