I actually have my name in the Name: box. I was trying to be "generic", maybe took it too far.:)
The error seems to suggest that you put in a name, but didn't fill in the 'email address' field.
On the same dialog there is also a field for 'Organisation', but that isn't necessary to make it work
The Organization box is in the "Edit Identity" window. I do have my email address in there. I have left "Organization" blank. Any other things to check? When I had set up the original time, I was logged into root - didn't know I shouldn't do that at the time... The same error message about the domain name.
