Sorry I did forget alot of info I am on a SuSE 9 running postfix. I can receive email via postfix, procmail. If I use webmin I can view the received email. I just can not get pop3s or pop3 to work. I would rather have pop3s. I can see that the service is running by doing netstat -a --inet. No Firewall at running. using imap-2002 package etc/xinetd.d/imap service pop3s { disable = no socket_type = stream protocol = tcp wait = no user = root server = /usr/sbin/ipop3d server_args = -s (I added this into the configuration) flags = IPv4 } Am I messing something? when Kmail looks at pop3s it says server does not respond... Thanks for your help allOn Tuesday 16 March 2004 07:58, jaska wrote:
