This is for a serial mouse, hence /dev/ttyS0. The names "Wacom mouse", "Pen" and "Eraser" get picked up by gimp; so it's best not to leave them at the default values given by SaX2, which are something like Mouse[1], Mouse[3], Mouse[5].
