Hi Can someone tell me the stuff that end up in the lost+found dir can this stuff be deleted ???
The stuff you find in lost+found are orphaned inodes (files) that were found by fsck when it was run at some point in the history of the system in question.
Before you delete them you should see what is there and make sure it is not important to you.
Otherwise, yes, you can delete them.
