Okay. /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-99 is the original source version that came on your 9.0 discs. You obviously have to update those as well after you updated the binary kernel. But I still get..
The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is an existing directory, but it does not contain at least one of these directories "linux", "asm", "net" as expected.
