Yes. You'll need 8.2 IIRC to get the versions of JPilot and pilot-link that support USB, and the kernel that supports the Tungsten. For earlier versions, you'll have to edit and compile the visor module (an easy hack) as well as compile pilot-link 0.11.5 and JPilot 0.99.5.
I use JPilot to do a complete backup of the Tungsten and regularly use WordSmith, and I've used the AvantGo conduit also. What exactly were you wanting to know?

I'm not sure what I want to know. I've got a T3 and would like to get it setup at home so that I can sync, transfer files, etc. Basically, I have a Belkin Bluetooth USB adapter that I would like to use. I guess I should get it setup via cable before I go off on the BT thing.
I'm running 9.0 now. Have no idea what IIRC is, but is it on my system or CDs? I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to this stuff, if you could give me a quick step by step, I'd appreciate it.
Also, have you tried any bluetooth stuff?
Tom
I use T2 with SuSE 8.2. The only change I made was ln -s /dev/ttyUSB0 /dev/pilot (instead of ttyUSB1 for i.e. m500) Everything is working fine.
