Ok, Does this mean that I can just copy TTF files into this directory? So that programs can use them? Or is there more to it than that? -Trey
AFAIK you need to copy the ttfs there, then go to the kde control centre > system administration > font installer, give root password and install them, after which kde control centre > Appearance and themes > fonts will show them and let you select them.
