I recall that you can tell suse not to be concerned with configuring certain things. However, I can't seem to find any such setting anywhere in Yast2 for Postfix.
How do I tell SuSE to stop messing with my Postfix config?
Edit by hand the file you do not want SuSEconfig to change, ie: main.cf, master.cf.
Do not forget to also make changes in the /etc/sysconfig/mail: # If you don't want to let SuSEconfig generate your # configuration file, set this to no # MAIL_CREATE_CONFIG="no" Regards, -Kastus
