OK, I downloaded the pristine rpm to take a look. You should: (1) Change all reference of indexsusehelp to susehelpindex in /sbin/conf.d/SuSEconfig.susehelp. (2) Also susehelpindex is installed in /usr/bin and not /usr/sbin, so change it in the file. I am surprise that SuSE haven't updated that package.
