Yes, you are right. I'm a bonehead and wasn't thinking. I believe I shall refrain from making comments until I recover from moving...too tired to remember my own name sometimes.
Well, that finally answers my question. For the life of me I thought it was athlons that had the problem. But it is a moot point anyway. The cause of the problem was a drive that is going south slowly. When first started it works fine. Then after about 10 minutes or so it just quits. Thanks for the info guys..
