3)Do you let Suse install Apache/PHP and the like or do you compile from source?
The Apache install seems to be fine, everthing works or can be changed. PHP is a different matter. I need to add the Interbase module, but I havn't worked out out how to compile it on SUSE. That said, all the basic stuff worked 'out of the box' so as long as you don't need to go exotic that should be fine from the disk. -- Lester Caine ----------------------------- L.S.Caine Electronic Services
