Patrick You Wrote Keith, I am gonna ask the dumb questions here. Have you checked your connection? Have you checked your batteries in the mouse & receiver? Don't you have to press a little button on the mouse to link it to the receiver on those too? If the keyboard is working, then the receiver is probably working ok as it is used for both devices, right? Just some thoughts, you probably have checked all that already. Yes the mouse is working perfectly in Windows, which I have to keep booting back into to access my e-mail. As I have said repeatedly the mouse worked fine during the installation of SuSE 8.0 but stopped working after a re-boot. I can now access a tar file I downloaded from a website that is supposed to contain a Linux mouse driver for IntelliWheel mice that should work. However I don't know what to do with this file, it looks like a Windows Zip file as I can open it and see more files, how do I extract them? Regards Keith Jacobs
