I'm on the CrossOver mailing list because I bought the first plugin (which works great with SuSE)..I've seen about a 60/40 split on it working..60 being it works.
If you read the Codeweavers website you will see that it works with Office 97/2k only for now.

I've been using it going on two weeks (crossover plugin) and it's about 95% for me. The only thing that doesn't work as advertised so far is windows media player plugin within a browser window. However, WPM does open the link in a separate window. Quicktime, realaudio, shockwave, etc all work perfectly. I even installed my realplayer plus instead of the free player. It works in browser windows and as standalone launched from the desktop. What impresses me the most is the fast startup times considering wine normally spins your hard drive forever before the real app responds. My realplayer plus starts faster than it does in windows. How they pulled *that* off I'll never know. As far as Crossover Office: I'll wait until there are more supported apps. When it can do quicken and Easy CD Creator, buying it will be a no-brainer for me. JHS
