Ben, I think your response is a little harsh - Bob just asked a simple question. It's very possible that there could have been a problem with the suse.com ftp server and that it had nothing to do with an overload. It should also be noted that SuSE burdens at least a little bit of the problem for defaulting the update automatically to ftp.suse.com. There are plenty of ways a better guess could be made as to the right mirror for a user. If SuSE is going to shove everyone to their site by default then questions like this are bound to come up over and over again.
