Any particular reason why YOU patches has kdebase-2.1.2-100 setup as kdebase-2.2.1-100? This is causing YOU to downgrade KDE if we installed the KDE 2.2.1 packages which is only at kdebase-2.2.1-18 .
SuSE Linux 7.2 officially shipped with KDE 2.1.1 and YOU is intended to download and apply patches/bugfixes for what is officially included in the distribution. KDE 2.2.1 is in the "supplementary" section - we provide these packages as a service for our users. Future versions of YOU will handle this case (newer package already installed) a bit smarter, I hope :) Bye, LenZ -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ Lenz Grimmer SuSE GmbH mailto:grimmer@suse.de Schanzaeckerstr. 10 http://www.suse.de/~grimmer/ 90443 Nuernberg, Germany Welcome to California.
