Doug, The different versions of WINE tend to be more usable for different programs. This is because MS seems to change things up pretty regular and therefore when they get something right for one prog. and they go in to work on another, things often get broken, On thier website they have a list of programs and thier current status for usability with WINE. I suggest going to www.winehq.com and seeing what it has to say about your programs on the different versions. Austin Morgan On Sat, Sep 22, 2001 at 11:21:30PM -0400, Doug McGarrett wrote:
Can someone tell me whether WINE or Win4Lin will let me run AutoCadLT, EZNec (an antenna analysis program), Eudora, or various DOS based programs? I don't care if I have to pay for Win4Lin, I just want a program that works. Last time I tried WINE it was seriously broken.

As Stewart has written, I use Codeweavers version of wine and I am able to run Quicken 2000 Deluxe, sol, Delphi5 Prof, but not much else.
