Not all what people write are really bugs that is why many (all?) commercial companies do not give a direct access to their BTS. But all of them (should) have a public place were people can complain about bugs they found. I do not think SuSE will give anybody access to bugzilla.suse.de .

Perhaps they could open it up to people who have purchased more than 5 releases or something like that. My problem is that I have a lot of 'minor' problems which all add up to a major problem. I never know if someone is working the issue, ignoring the issue, or is completely unaware of the problem. Perhaps SuSE could have a public and a private bugzilla?
