Is the last line in /etc/fstab right, /dev/hdd ? If it is hard disk "d" then should it have a partition number with it? This is just a guess.
/dev/hdd is the LS120 drive. If you put something like hdd4 then the fstab instructs the system to look for separate partitions on the LS120 floppy disk. Not much use if it does that. Other thing is... forgot to mention earlier on... I can't boot from the CD-ROM drive even after changing things around in the BIOS settings. Had no problem with it before. The CD-ROM is definitely working. It's not broken. Thanks -- Richard
