Hello, I have managed to get my permissions goofed-up to the point where the machine will no longer finish booting. I get a stream of "permission denied" errors at most every step of the boot-up process. Is it possible to set permissions back to default status? Please tell me there is....... Thanks, Tom Try running SuSEconfig (as root) .. that's saved me a few times when i screwed up permissions :)
