hey cool, I did the same thing right before 7.1 got out, I kept going to town to see if it was in stock yet. It wasn't, but every time I went I spread out the 7.0 boxes. Ya know, that way they'd sell the stock they had and get 7.1 in faster ;-)
Not a bad idea. :-)
Last time I looked WalMart only had RedHat. I would never buy a software at WalMart, but still, it goes to show that clueless people still think Red Hat *is* Linux.
Well, in the "sorta-good-news-dept", my local Wal-Mart sells Mandrake rather than RH. Not as good as if they sold SuSE, but it's an improvement to say the least.
I'll be much happier when "Wally-World" (as we call it where I live) sells SuSE too. Or in place of. After all, SuSE *is* Linux right?
Yeah, what other Linux is there besides SuSE? Or perhaps as Hertz puts it, "There's SuSE, and then there is not exactly" (okay, I changed that a bit). <g> -Tim -- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Timothy R.
