Time Sync. with SuSE problems !

Can someone could tell me how I could synchronize my Server with Linux 6.4 with EST but with Daylight Changing? I could synchronize it with EST (Eastern Standard Time) But not with (Eastern Daylight Time) EDT. Any idea? Suggestions, comments? Thanks. Thanks --ed
