You can use Sax2 to set it up, but I've run into problems right after I tell to commit the changes - often the mouse goes away and I had to do warm-boot and then wait will the start up fixes the inodes. A better way (in my opinion) is to go into "/etx/X11/XF86Config" and add the line: Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" Put it at the end of the Section "InputDevice". This has worked for me everytime. And generally starts when you open an application like Konqueror after saving the XF86Config file. Good Luck and hope this helped. Curtis Rey On Friday 20 April 2001 01:31, jennifer moter wrote:
My mouse is an HP scroll mouse with the wheel acting as a 3rd button. Suse setup the mouse as psaux and it works well as a 3 button mouse. The only problem is the wheel doesn't work as a scroller - only a 3rd button. the rc.config defines it as MOUSE="/dev/psaux" and /dev/mouse is a link to /dev/psaux
How can I set this up as a scroll mouse?
thx list guys!
