Well, that won't help at all: George runs (like me) xfsft, to display TruType fonts that X won't. Therefor, you have to tell X about the font server (running on localhost, port 7100). Juergen

But it's not working! I When I do startx I get "Fatal server error: could not open default font 'fixed'". If I comment out the line FontPath "tcp/localhost:7100" in XF86Config then I can start X just fine. ...
