<head></head> <body>Way back when, there was this thing called small hard drives, and slow modems. This type of text was common because when you had a bbs, a 2400 baud modem (if you were on of the lucky few) and had to dail into a long distance phone number, you couldn't afford the extra space. The odds of this particular person coming from this time is unlikely. This is where all the as my younger friends call it "geek script" comes from. Just so you know the reason for using numbers instead of letters is it save a few precious bits of space. On a list like this it is completely unnecessary. Especially when many of the people do not speek english natively, and are new to computing.
