Well, mine found the updated list, and downloaded the packages for mc and vim. It wasn't able to DL the xntpd update however, Y.O.U. got a "file not found" error.
Which ftp server did you use? I had to use ftp.suse.com because on th others all I got was "file not found" errors for either the update list or the packages... Maybe the mirrors still have to syncronize themselves, with the exception of xntpd (that's NOT available even on ftp.suse.com).
Please see twice before you claim something like this. The xntp-4.0.99f-34.i386.rpm from the i386/update/7.1 tree was removed last night because the package was built again. Anyway, I've put it there again so that you can use the one from the announcement as well as the new one. So this is corrected. Thanks to Wolfgang Zenker for reporting this earlier today. I can't currently see any inconsistencies. Roman.
