To underscore international character of the community we can use original sound track and dub English translation. Start with few words in original language, then lower the original volume and dub translation on it. Thant sounds like real time translations; translator has to capture some context before he/she can start translating. Also remember SUSE Studio award, it was one of the best news videos produced by Linux community. It kept my attention all the time, and not to forget, it was not boys-only show. In our case we can have speakers all over the world explaining parts of installation, with translation, for instance, in English. Having installation in the frame for boring parts, where speakers keep audience attention, and full screen for few input fields, with voice explaining what has to be entered, keep dynamics. Also, speeding up installation, as B. Wiederman did in his videos, is also something to consider. The only change would be to add speaker comment that we will speed up to the next stage, so that user doesn't feel tricked when real installation speed is not that high. I guess that Bernhard can produce videos for 11.4 as soon as artwork is done. Did jdd mention script? Yes, few times.
