Yes, unless your hypervisor has respective 3.2.0 bits backported.

Is kernel 2.6.32 (Xen 3.4?) supposed to work as DomU kernel on Xen 3.1?
Kernel and Xen version aren't really tied to one another. SLE11 SP1 uses kernel 2.6.32 and Xen 4.0.0 (soon to be 4.0.1).
With the kernel config options we use (CONFIG_XEN_COMPAT=0x030200) it's going to continue to be pure luck, and may break at any time. If you used your own config, you could set the compatibility level lower, however.
