How many of them do you want to produce? People might update only every few weeks, so you need to make *lots* of deltarpms.
I don't know. I suppose one per package and per update, so of course, many. But then maybe it is possible to only produce them for large packages coupled with some other decision criteria. Perhaps it is possible to calculate the size ratio of delta to full package, then decide to publish the delta or not. And then a purge process has to clear them out after a number of days. I simply do not know if it is feasible or worth it.
