Well, you should do something :-) I use XFCE, and bluetooth stopped working when upgraded from 12.3 to 13.1, despite me having gnome fully installed as well. Two machines. I see no way to transfer files to/from BT devices, I get no applet. I have not found a way to do this via CLI, either.
