Mate has its place in openSUSE
to have testboth, gnome 3 classic and Mate, you can not compare, Mate is more ergonomic and it is much easier to do what you want with it.

Please don't get me wrong - while I might disagree with the need for MATE and fail to see any benefit it brings to the distribution, if there is an number of people who want to maintain MATE in openSUSE I wish them all the best, and as one of the maintainers of our GNOME packages & libraries, I'm looking forward to working with them
We don't all have to agree on everything in order to make openSUSE better, we just have to get along when we don't see eye to eye ;) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
