Downloaded Milestone 4 DVD, burnt it to disc, tried to update 13.1 Milestone 3 using this DVD but the whole effort was wasted because grub2-mkconfig does not function and the upgrade failed miserably.

Same for a clean, new install of Milestone 4 - grub.cfg not generated and 13.1 won't boot.
