Unless there's a new release after the one I downloaded last week through software.o.o the GNOME live CD still hasn't GRUB2, which is quite awesome since it's the default but people manually need to change it to grub, install and then install through zypper grub2, run yast and make it use grub2.
Software.o.o downloads M3, which is pretty old by now. download.opensuse.org/factory/iso are the most recent ones.
OK, that explains it. Stephan do you think it's possible to synch both resouces? One of the reasons I would invoque is that software.o.o has higher visibility in Google (that's how I went there).
While in internal circles people can easilly get info, and given that there is being done investment on having more feedback from users, this would probably help the process, at least thats my opinion, I leave it up to those who can act upon it.
No. The factory isos are broken more often and that would be only frustrating to those outside of the "internal circle". For those we release milestones that saw enough testing to give at least a reasonable chance of success.
