I found nothing in Bugzilla or in the Lists ?
I think it's coming from preload, it tries to stat everything under the sun If you boot with the kernel parameter "nopreload" you won't see the messages (at least I don't on my machine) - but the messages are harmless, so leaving things as they are won't hurt you. They only appear on boot when preload runs, not later.
