Reading the installed packages...

According to YaST there's no version of libsatsolver installed at all.
Probably its because the package is called satsolver-tools
Wrong. Package satsolver-tools contains only tools for work with satsolver files. There is no shared library (.so) for libsatsolver, only statically linked libsatsolver.a in libsatsolver-devel. This piece of code is also linked into libzypp.so (no need for separate shared library).
