does this happen with X11 only ? if yes boot into runlevel 3 loot at /var/log/Xorg.0.log see what is going on, what may cause the problem fix it in /etc/X11/xorg.conf use startx to test changes

Yes.I have a big problem with the ATI Radeon X 600 (PCIe) card, because although boot in text mode after installing, the black screen appears.But when I install Suse 10 or 9.3 with Vesa mode, the process is right till the O.S. look for saving the 1280*1024, 24 bits, 60 Hz of my LCD monitor then the screen returns black. So I can't probe what you said and think that Suse-X11 doesn't fix the 60Hz of refresh frecuency and the monitor is then out of range. Thanks for your suggestion and attention.
