Macht er bei mir auch nur, obwohl in /proc/partitions bei eigestecktem usb-stick ein sda und sda1 auftaucht und der usb-stick auch funktioniert.
komisch, bei meiner CF-Card die keine Partitionstabelle hat gibt er zumindest das Disk ... zeugs aus.
jetzt wär interessant was ein fdisk -l als root ausgeführt liefert
so wie ich das sehe ist dein stick wahrscheinlich als /dev/sda verfügbar.
Gemeint ist wohl "fdisk -l /dev/sda" für den Fall, dass dein usb-stick /dev/sda ist. Notfalls mach mal ein less /proc/partitions. Dann sieht man schonmal ob der Kernel überhaupt was von dem Teil weiß.
ich meinte schon fdisk -l , das dies bei Sticks so nicht gehen soll ist mir neu und ein guter Hinweis, weil tippfaul wie ich bin spare ich mir idr. das device. Gruss Falk
