Das hat zwar jetzt mit dem thread nix zu tun aber das kann man nicht unwidersprochen lassen. rsync kann auch anders, es geht durchaus auch ohne rsyncd: rsync -e /usr/bin/ssh -a $KISTE:/$PFAD /$LOKALPFAD dafür wird dann eine passwortlose ssh Verbindung benötigt aber kein rsyncd. und richtig, das hier geht ohne account auf der gegnerischen Kiste überhaupt nicht. aber mit rsyncd geht das sehr wohl, siehe man rsyncd.conf: EXAMPLES A simple rsyncd.conf file that allow anonymous rsync to a ftp area at /home/ftp would be: [ftp] path = /home/ftp comment = ftp export area A more sophisticated example would be: uid = nobody gid = nobody use chroot = no max connections = 4 syslog facility = local5 pid file = /etc/rsyncd.pid [ftp] path = /var/ftp/pub comment = whole ftp area (approx 6.1 GB) [sambaftp] path = /var/ftp/pub/samba comment = Samba ftp area (approx 300 MB) usw. aber in jedem Fall muss der admin der gegnerischen kiste das auch konfiguriert haben. -- MfG.
