http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1158074 Bug ID: 1158074 Summary: Missing option under **Options → Language Settings** Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 15.1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: All Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: LibreOffice Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: rgb.mldc@gmail.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Created attachment 825207 --> http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/attachment.cgi?id=825207&action=edit To the left, vanilla build, to the right, openSUSE Leap build NOTE: in this report I'm talking about LibreOffice's built-in grammar checker (based in LightProof, I think?), not about LanguageTool or any other extension. ------ LibreOffice builds in openSUSE Leap lack the menu **Tools → Options → Language Settings → English Sentence Checking** present in vanilla builds. As you can see in the attached screenshot, in LibreOffice vanilla builds for Linux (left) you have the option "English Sentence Checking" which is absent in LibreOffice build for Leap (right). However, the grammar checking is still performed in Leap builds: if you write an English sentence and add a space before a punctuation mark, it will be marked as a grammar error. The problem is that due to the lack of the "English Sentence Checking" menu it is not possible to configure the options for that grammar checker, or disable it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
