To the left, vanilla build, to the right, openSUSE Leap build
NOTE: in this report I'm talking about LibreOffice's built-in grammar checker
(based in LightProof, I think?), not about LanguageTool or any other extension.
------
LibreOffice builds in openSUSE Leap lack the menu **Tools Options Language
Settings English Sentence Checking** present in vanilla builds.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, in LibreOffice vanilla builds for
Linux (left) you have the option "English Sentence Checking" which is absent in
LibreOffice build for Leap (right).
However, the grammar checking is still performed in Leap builds: if you write
an English sentence and add a space before a punctuation mark, it will be
marked as a grammar error. The problem is that due to the lack of the "English
Sentence Checking" menu it is not possible to configure the options for that
grammar checker, or disable it.
