dmesg output from Nov 13 with output from kernel 5.3.0
This is the output of "last reboot":
reboot system boot 5.2.11-1.g77497b Thu Nov 14 08:56 still running
reboot system boot 5.2.11-1.g77497b Thu Nov 14 08:41 - 08:42 (00:00)
reboot system boot 5.3.0-1.ga541a6c Wed Nov 13 12:50 - 08:42 (19:51)
reboot system boot 5.2.11-1.g77497b Tue Nov 12 20:34 - 12:50 (16:15)
After over 16 hours of running 5.2.11 without any warning or problem, I
installed 5.3.0 and restarted the system at 12:50. At 12:54 I got a WARNING at
inode.c:3941 . At 19:00 I got a warning at inode.c:3942 and 10 seconds after
that second warning, a kernel BUG and processes stuck in D state (which I
noticed this morning when I sat in front of the computer again, since I stopped
using the computer around 18:30 .
Btw, this time there's another WARNING at kernel/exit.c:785 after that bug
message.
After all this I rebooted with a rescue system, checked all fs and again got no
problem at all.
I've put all output in the attached dmesg-with-5.3.0-Nov13.txt file.
I'll now install 5.2.14 and run it for as long as possible to see if the
problem was introduced in 5.3.0 .
