[Bug 1066527] Fedora has a boot option that forces the installer to recognize a drive as GPT, can this please be added to Yast2/OpenSuse?

With the current storage-ng coming with Leap 15, GPT is actually used by default, so it should be sufficient to use the guided setup and just tell it to use that entire disk, so you will get a new GPT partition table on that disk and the storage setup that you chose (LVM if you select it).
