Or #2 Do we want to re-label the Bug as one apparent root cause: "Yast2 package version/release names were not properly CHANGED when new files were added during January 2018" ? I like that scheme, it seems have been the root cause of my problem and inability to solve by executing only "zypper dup". My comment #5 https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1077726#c5. Change the Description, and then close as "Resolvd").
Rick, I believe this was a problem that sometimes happen when we (or someone else) does not change versions/requirements properly and/or if someone takes just a subset of packages into the rolling distro. The problem has been fixed, so I believe the bug should be closed as well. I'd even keep the original bug summary as that was a symptom that people could see and report (you are free to change it if you want). Closing as fixed, if this is not the case (and you have more info), please, reopen. Thanks for taking care! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
