Rick, I believe this was a problem that sometimes happen when we (or someone 
else) does not change versions/requirements properly and/or if someone takes
just a subset of packages into the rolling distro. The problem has been fixed,
so I believe the bug should be closed as well.

I'd even keep the original bug summary as that was a symptom that people could
see and report (you are free to change it if you want).
